Remember when the Plant (where the Morning Trade Market is) kicked off Durban’s first ever burger festival (see our post about it here) ? It was a wall-to-wall celebration of anything you can hug between two sesame seed freckled buns. And it rocked. Well, Burger-Lovin’ Bunnies, it is BACK. Woohoo!
The deets are as follows:
Over 20 of your favourite local foodie-preneurs will be grilling, frying, mixing, shaking and serving up a storm at The Plant.
Date: Wednesday 26th of April (the next day is a public holiday!)
Time: 5pm ‘till late
Where: The Plant, 5 Station Drive Precinct
How much: R55 per person, includes entrance and a slider of your choice. Additional sliders, side, desserts and drinks will be available to purchase from the traders directly.
Buy Tickets: Tickets are available to purchase via Zapper. First 100 tickets will receive R10 off (ie price will be R45) and will be entered into a draw to win a R500 spending voucher at Burger Fest. (winner will be announced on wed 24th April)
There are limited tickets available. Tickets will be available at the door on the evening but Zapper ticket holders will jump the queue and be allowed straight in.
Parking: PLEASE try to avoid driving to the event and use Taxify or Uber, OR carpooling with your mates to help avoid parking congestion.
